Paramount has released the official trailer for Long Haired Businessmen, a feature-length office comedy built on the cult Funny or Die web series. It's out to buy or rent on digital on November 17, 2026.
The story
Kevin, Kyle and Seth are long-haired, buzzword-fluent middle managers who love nothing more than staying looped in. When the ruthless Torrence Group buys their company, they're put in charge of a team of Gen-Z efficiency experts and quickly realise they've fallen behind. Now they have to survive team-building gone haywire, a plan to replace them with AI, and a corporate conspiracy to wipe out middle management entirely, armed only with jargon, synergy and the belief that the weekend is never long enough.
Who's in it
The show's creators play the trio: Ben Wietmarschen as Kevin, Patrick O'Brien as Kyle and George Kareman as Seth. Rhys Darby plays Lodestar, Dean Norris is Torrence, and Edi Patterson plays the Magistrate. Judy Reyes, Marlene Forte and James Saito round out the cast.
Behind the camera
Scott Gairdner directs from a script by Kareman, O'Brien and Wietmarschen, who first created Long Haired Businessmen for Funny or Die in 2013. Mike Farah, Joe Farrell, Whitney Hodack and Cassandra Gundry produce.
Released by Republic Pictures and Paramount.
